A száz legjobb metállemez - a Rolling Stone szerint

Mi itt a Recordernél szeretjük a metált. A magunk módján. De persze egyáltalán nem ez a műfaj van a fókuszunkban, már csak azért sem, mert a magyar nyelvű zenei sajtóban messze ez a leginkább tárgyalt stílus. Azért mi is követjük a történéseket, a legérdekesebb lemezekről beszámolunk és amikor a legpatinásabb amerikai zenei újság közzéteszi a szerinte 100 legjobb metállemez listáját, azt nyilván szemlézzük. Vagyis inkább megosztjuk, úgy ahogyan van, csámcsogjon rajta mindenki kedve szerint. 

A Rolling Stone a listaállítás szabályai szerint megadta, hogy mit nem tekint metálnak, ezt fogadjuk el, amikor a listát mérlegeljük. Kizárták a korai hardrockereket (Cream, LedZep, Deep Purple), az AC/DC és a Guns 'N Roses-ből szerintük hiányzik a metál x-faktora ezért nincsenek a listán, és hát a hairmetállal is elbántak.
